Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery timeline is 3–10 business days depending on customer location and courier availability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods, sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Address & Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • full address,
  • contact number,
  • and pin code.

Silvery Silver will not be responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned back to us due to:

  • customer unavailability,
  • delivery refusal,
  • incorrect address,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • non-response from customer,
  • or any customer-side issue,

the shipment will be considered an RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • re-shipping charges will be applicable for sending the order again,
  • or refund/store credit will be processed after deduction of applicable charges.

RTO, Cancellation & Handling Charges

For all RTO/prepaid cancelled orders, the following charges may be deducted:

  • forward shipping charges,
  • return shipping (RTO) charges,
  • packaging & handling charges,
  • payment gateway charges,
  • operational charges,
  • and re-shipping charges (if applicable).

A minimum deduction of ₹500 will apply on all RTO or refused prepaid orders.

High Value Orders

For security reasons, our team may contact customers for order verification before dispatching high-value orders. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification is incomplete.
