Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges in case you do not like the product after delivery.

A return or exchange request must be raised within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after the stipulated timeline may not be accepted.
Once the return request is approved, the customer may choose one of the following options after the returned product is received and verified at the Silvery Silver warehouse:

Conditions for Return Acceptance

Be returned in original condition, along with original packaging, box, invoice, tags, and any complimentary items

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Reverse Shipping – Cost & Responsibility

All reverse shipping must be arranged by the customer.

The entire cost and responsibility of return shipping lies solely with the customer.

Silvery Silver does not offer reverse pick-up services under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to use a reliable, insured, and trackable courier service.
Silvery Silver shall not be responsible or liable for:

Loss of the parcel during return transit

Theft or damage while in transit

Delay in delivery of the returned product

Any courier-related issues during reverse shipping
Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be processed only after the returned product is successfully delivered and verified at our warehouse.
Missing, Lost, or Tampered Returns

Order Cancellation
